Today, the Admiral's Men revived their enigmatic lost play The Seven Days of the Week, about which we know nothing beyond its title. Perhaps it was an anthology of seven short plays, or perhaps it was about the creation of the world. You can read more about it in the entry for 3rd June.

After two disappointing days following their return to the Rose, we finally see some enthusiasm from London's theatregoers! The Seven Days of the Week had debuted shortly before the closure of the Rose in June and had been an instant hit. It continues its success today by drawing an impressive audience. The actors must be relieved to find that they still have their mojo.
